kettlebell squat 3 sets 15 reps , 30 seconds between sets

kettlebell push press 3 sets of 15 reps per arm , 30 seconds between sets
2 minutes recovery
kettlebell clean 3 sets of 15 reps per arm , 30 seconds between sets
2 minutes recovery
kettlebell floor press 3 sets 15 reps per arm , 30 seconds between sets
2 minute recovery
Kettlebell snatches 3 sets 15 reps per arm , 30 seconds between sets
