Double kettlebell swing 3 sets of 6 to 12 reps ,  1 to 2 minutes between sets
4 minute recovery
Alternate arm military press 3 sets 6-12 reps , 1 to 2 minutes between sets
4 minute recovery
Double kettlebell Front squat 3 sets 6-12 reps , 1 to 2 minutes between sets
4 minute recovery
Double kettlebell bent over row 3 sets 6-12 reps , 1 to 2 minutes between sets
4 minute recovery
Double kettlebell Clean and press 3 sets 6-12 reps , 1 to 2 minutes between sets
4 minute recovery
1 arm double kettlebell deadlift 3 sets 6-12 reps , 1 to 2 minutes between sets
4 minute recovery
Double kettlebell floor press 3 sets 6-12 reps , 1 to 2 minutes between sets
